District Training Programme on RTI Act-2005 at Solan
A district level training programme on RTI Act-2005 for FAAs/PIOs and officials dealing with RTI in DC office shimla was organised 24-25th September, 2018. The course contents included an overview of Right to Information Act, 2005 ,Case study,Film on RTI, and Open house discussion. Powers and responsibilities of PIOs/APIOs. Proactive Disclosure and Record Management .H.P.Right to Information Rules, 2006 . Powers of FAAs Discussion on Important Judgement Order writing under RTI Act 2005. Implementation of RTI Act in the State Practical Difficulties in disposing of RTI Application and suggestions thereof.
