Workshops on Solid & Liquid Waste Management Under SBM(G)
To gear up the initiative under Solid & Liquid Waste Management, the Department of Rural Development has identified the cluster of GPs (consisting of 8-10 GPs) in each District of the state. The idea behind the initiative is, to pilot SLWM project in each district adopting cluster approach. The first step of the project was to sensitize primary stakeholders like PO, BDO, GP Pradhan, Panchayat Secretary and Technical Assistants. In order to sensitize primary stakeholders, 6 One day Workshops were organized at Institute w.e.f. 23rd July 2018 to 31st July 2018. The details are as under:
