Management Development Programme
A training programme of five days duration on MDP was organised from 14 to 18 May, 2018 at HIPA which was attended by officers and officials of different departments. The course was organised under the category of mandatory programmes funded by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India. The competency based training programme aimed at capacity development of the participants in terms of their own personality development, working in teams, time managements, communication skills and results orientation towards the programmes implemented by them with a view to become more effective professionals.
The course was attended by 14 participants who found the tools and techniques explained to them highly effective and suggested to organise such courses for all categories of employees.
