Capacity Building Programme for Section Officers of CTA
A Capacity Building Programme for Section Officers of Central Tibetan AdministrationTA was organized from 07.05.2018 to 16.05.2018 for 10 days. The course was inaugurated by Sh. C.P. Verma, IAS Director HIPA which was attended by 21 Section Officers working in different Departments of CTA. The course contents included the topics viz. Public Administration, Functioning of Government System, Ethics & Values, Good Governance, Motivation & Self Esteem, Attitudinal Change, Noting & Drafting, Noting & Drafting, Emotional Intelligence, Work-Life Balance, Creativity, Verbal Communication, Non- Verbal Communication, File & Record Management, Time Management, Change Management, Essence of Auditing Principles,E-governance-applications, Conflict Management and Exposure-cum-Educational visits to IIAS, Vidhan Sabha & Tibetan Settlement Office. The participants attended Field Visit to IIAS, Vidhan Sabha and Tibetan Settlement Office.The participants appreciated the efforts made by the Institute to engage renowned Speakers on the topics covered which were directly related to their jobs & responsibilities. The Valedictory function attended by Ms. Jyoti Rana, HAS, Joint Director. The boarding, lodging, sports facilities, library and travel arrangements were appreciated by all the participants. Trainees were opined that the training methodologies used during the programme were really good. The course was sponsored by Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamshala.
