Good Governance
A training programme on Good Governance was organized from 09.05.2018 to 11.05.2018 for 3 days. The course was attended by 11 participants who were Senior Architects, District Language Officers, District Audit Officers, District Inspector Subject Matter Specialists, Child Development Project Officers, Naib Tehsildars and Principals etc. The course contents included the topics viz. RTI Act, 2005: An Effective Tool for Good Governance; H.P. Public Service Guarantee Act, 2011; H.P. Public Services Guarantee Rules, 2011; Moving Towards E Governance; Good Governance: Issues Concerns and the Way Forward; Good Governance Challenges; Opportunities and Effective Service Delivery; SEVOTTAM: A Framework of Excellence in Public Service Delivery. Majority of the participants were satisfied with this training and appreciated the course contents.
