A Training Programme on Orientation Schemes for Women and Child Development for WCD Department was organised for officials of WCD Department from 03.05.2019 to 04.05.2019. The course was attended by 47 participants including DPO, Consultants, Distt. Programme Coordinators, Block Coordinators, Office Assistant, JOA(IT) and Data Entry Operators. The course contents included the topics viz. Overview of various schemes implemented by WCD, Integrated child protection schemes, juvenile justice, Child development services, Components under ICDS-CAS, PMBSY, PMJJBY, Components of Poshan Abhiyan, Supplementary programmes, PMMVY common application software, SAG, Financial Management etc. Specialized resource persons from the WCD Department delivered the lectures on various themes. Sh. Rajesh Sharma, IAS Director WCD along with Dr. Bhawna, HAS, Joint Director gave their valuable remarks during inaugural session of the programme.
