Management Development Programme


The Management Development Programmes have been designed to help meet objectives of helping development professionals to build their skills and knowledge of developing necessary competencies for different programmes and also to enhance their capacity in terms of result orientation from the development programmes to execute them effectively for a higher impact on the life of people. One such course on Management Development Programme was organized from 2nd to 6th July, 2018 for the participants of development departments. The prescription administered included capsules on Organizational Management, Goal Setting & Personality Profiling, Leadership, Team Work, Communication Skills including Verbal & Non-verbal communication, Emotional Intelligence- Stress Management, Result Orientation and Performance Management, Motivation & Self Esteem, Participation in Development, Time Management and Change Management. The Training Methods followed in the course varied in the range of Participatory Training Techniques, Group activities, Exercises, Brain Storming etc. The course was appreciated by the participants in terms of its usefulness for professional and personal competencies.
